This ‘ōlelo no‘eau speaks of responsibility (kuleana), visitors (malihini) and most importantly aloha. Aloha has diverse meanings and applications – 35 different definitions are found in the Hawaiian dictionary – but one true meaning. Alo – presence, hā – breath, life.
